CET Holdings is a private development group with a focus on commercial office/retail, multifamily and industrial real estate projects. Our firm oversees an experienced group of operating partners and service providers that bring design, development, construction, leasing, and property management expertise to the group’s investment portfolio. CET Holding’s development and construction team has 40 plus years of collective experience in the Middle Tennessee area with a niche in investments too small for institutional investors yet too large for real estate developers to easily source capital. Our primary focus is on value creation with managed risk. Our strategy is to identify and secure sound investment opportunities including joint venture collaborations; provide capital in conjunction with our investment partners as well as real estate, construction, and financial expertise; secure senior debt and equity as appropriate; and provide active asset management and exit strategies for the investment group.

Commercial real estate developer/investor with over 13 years experience primarily in the middle and east TN markets.

Current and past projects include ground up development and rehab of over 500,000 sqft of office, retail, industrial and residential asset classes.

Strong relationships with brokers, lenders, investors, engineers and architects working collaboratively with team members from acquisition though pre-development to project completion and exit scenarios/planning.

Responsibilities include ongoing deal flow analysis to identify targets, creating investor and development pro-formas, securing senior debt, sourcing private capital and working closely with team members from start to finish.
